Timelapse: Growing a GIANT Head of Lettuce

Lettuce is one of the best plants to grow hydroponically. It grows fast, is fairly flexible on temperature, humidity, and nutrients, and has excellent flavor! In the hydroponic rail system I use, I usually harvest a few heads of lettuce each week, and then replace them with seedlings, which allows for a continuous supply of lettuce. However, just for fun, this time I decided to see just how big the lettuce can get if I leave it in the system for a longer time!
